COVID_19 Update – Telemedicine Appointments & Prescriptions

Effective immediately, all clients must call the clinic to schedule a telephone appointment. Please call us at 905-825-3627.
If you can’t get through over the phone, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can. The Walk-in Clinic is closed until further notice.
In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, HealthSense Medical now has temporary new procedures at the medical clinic and at our onsite pharmacy, PharmaSense. See details below.
Our doctors are accepting appointments by telephone or video conference if needed. All patients of HealthSense Medical and new patients are welcome. Appointments are free with your Ontario Health Card. Please have it ready when you call in.
Any prescriptions written by your doctor will be sent directly to your pharmacy. If you use our onsite pharmacy, PharmaSense, you will receive a phone call when your prescription is ready. Free delivery is available. We will also send any over-the-counter (OTC) medications with your prescriptions. Pre-payment via credit card or e-mail transfer will help to reduce any exposure risks.
If you decide to visit PharmaSense in person, please call before you do: 905-901-1216. We will do our best to have everything ready for you and save you time in the store.
