COVID_19 Update – Telemedicine Appointments & Prescriptions

HealthSense Medical’s doctors are accepting appointments by telephone and in-person on an as-needed basis. All patients of HealthSense Medical and new patients are welcome. Appointments are free with your Ontario Health Card.Please call 905-825-3627 to book your appointment.
In-person appointments can be booked after you complete a telephone consultation with your Family Doctor. COVID-19 protocols are in place at the clinic.
Well-baby checks, routine vaccinations, routine screenings and other injections, are some examples of in-person appointments that are currently being scheduled.
Walk-In Clinic: HealthSense Medical’s in-person Walk-In Clinic is open for patients who don’t have a family doctor, or for those who need immediate care. Please call before coming into the Walk-In Clinic to ensure a doctor is available. COVID-19 protocols are in place at the clinic.
Prescriptions: Any prescriptions provided by your doctor will be sent directly to your pharmacy. If you use our onsite pharmacy, PharmaSense, you will receive a phone call when your prescription is ready. Free delivery is available. We will also send any over-the-counter (OTC) medications with your prescriptions. Pre-payment via credit card or e-mail transfer will help to reduce any exposure risks.
If you decide to visit PharmaSense in person, please call before you do: 905-901-1216. We will do our best to have everything ready for you and save you time in the store. You can also request curb-side pickup and we’ll bring your prescriptions out to your car.
