The HealthSense Walk-In Clinic is by appointment only.

For same-day walk-in clinic appointments, please call us during business hours at 905-825-3627. You may also come into the clinic to register for an appointment.

All appointments are in person. No walk-in appointments are available over the phone.
Walk-in clinic appointments are first-come, first served each day.
Patients requiring a walk-in appointment will be provided with the physician’s next available timeslot.
Once the designated walk-in time slots are filled for that day, the clinic will stop registering patients and you will be asked to call back on the next business day.
Walk-in clinic appointments are reserved for acute, minor (non-life-threatening) health issues when your family doctor is unavailable. If you have an urgent and serious medical concern, please go to the nearest emergency department.

Walk-in appointments will be available to patients on a first-come, first served basis.
Walk-in appointments are intended for acute, minor (non-life-threatening) health issues when your family doctor is unavailable. Patients with serious medical emergencies should go to the nearest emergency department. Our clinic is not equipped to handle medical emergencies.
Patients may register themselves for an appointment with a HealthSense physician by phoning or visiting the clinic during business hours. Given the limited capacity, patients are encouraged to call ahead for the next available appointment.
Patients requiring a walk-in appointment will be provided with the next available timeslot with the physician.
Patients who miss their appointment, or are more than 10 minutes late for their appointment, will not be admitted to the clinic that day.
Patients who are enrolled as family practice patients may choose to book a specific time with their registered physician pending availability (e.g. cancellations).
Once the designated walk-in time slots are filled for that day, the clinic will stop registering patients and patients will be asked to call back the next business day.
The walk-in service does not provide
1. Annual physicals, workplace/driver physicals
2. Completion of forms
3. Notes for massage, physiotherapy, orthotics, disability, etc (will only provide sick notes for patients seen that day)
4. Requisitions for routine bloodwork or imaging (e.g. mammograms)
5. Referrals to specialists
6. Prescriptions for narcotics or controlled substances
7. Travel consultations

When you need health care fast but can’t get to your regular doctor, visit the HealthSense Medical Walk-In Clinic in North Oakville. We are here for you and your family. We treat minor injuries that require prompt attention, stomach ailments, skin conditions, infections, and more.

Convenient, extended hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
